He also called her Cristina in s7 when him and Mer said at the same time "I always thought it would be me and Cristina" but I think that was just so they'd say the same thing

I loved them. Especially Cristina saying that she'll be Alex's decision maker...and I thought it was funny considering how Cristina started when they all got to Seattle Grace. I'm sure, at that time, she'd just probably pull the plug and move on to the next patient in crisis

she actually calls him Alex now!

kind of funny since he hasn't called her Cristina to her face yet.

I think it was the whole shooting that changed her, after that situation she started being semi-nice and actually looks like she cares.
