The show has been getting pretty decent ratings for a summer show that cost NBC hardly anything to buy .Extant cost a fortune and has virtually the same numbers.

According to a few people at TV By The Numbers the show has been renewed in France .So even if NBC don't re-up it we will probably get to see it on Netflix or Amazon ,which is what happened with Crossing Lines which is still on in Europe but was dropped in the US.

So is Taxi Brooklyn a good show? What is the plot of it? I mean, I want to watch because Chyler. But not if they're picking up criminals in a taxicab.

It's about Caitlin (Chyler) who gets her license taken away because she's a terrible driver so she uses Leo (an ex con) to drive her around in his taxi. So yeah basically they chase bad guys in a taxi

it's a fun show (if you get past the pilot, it was boring to me but it got so much better later). The finale was one of the most (if not the most) crazy finales I've seen.
