Yes, Kate mentioned she would be interested to come for a episode or two. She seems to be interested in other projects at the moment: not only acting but also producing, so I don't see Addison coming back as a regular character.

For me, Addison would be the only character I would be excited to see back on Grey's, even with the current huge cast.
