Yes, CC own. But they are one of the most complicated couples ever. It took 3 seasons for them to get together.

But it took 3 seasons for them to get together? Only if he were a high-level government assest and she his handler, sworn to protect him and them being together would be against the rules, and not only that, if them being together put not only her job, but his life in jeopardy too, then would I accept this long wait.

Well, they've been with other people for so long but it was pretty obvious they didn't let go of eachother. So their fans have been skrewed over pretty much.
