| Okay, here is the Grey family tree: Ellis and Thatcher had one daughter together: Meredith. Susan and Thatcher had two daughters together: Molly and Lexie Since Meredith shares the same father with Molly and Lexie it makes them half-sisters. Meredith is a half-sister to Molly and Lexie. Quote:
