Ok, call me crazy but I like the idea of George/Lexie whether just friends or if they start some thing more between them. I enjoyed there interaction between them at the end of the episode..That's why I am hoping George is going to retake his internship so he and Lexie can form a friendship or whatever. Any ways if you like there friendship or the idea of the relationship between them join now;

I liked their interaction as well. I hope they develop a friendship. And even as a Gizzie fan, I would be up to seeing something more between them. I just think they had good chemistry. Even in that little scene. Im not the biggest Mer Der fan, but even I would hate if she was just going to be an obstacle for them. I mean, Mer and Der are it, they're end game. I think it would be crazy and pointless for them to date anyone besides each other. But especially Mer's sister. I hope they flesh out her character, and if George is going to repeat his internship, it would be a great excuse for them to develop a frienship. I can't believe he failed, but what else would he do besides repeat it if he's still going to be in the show. The other interns with her though, looked a little annoying. I hope they're not coming back.

I can see these two being nice friends but I can't imagine how close since George knows what's been going on with Mer.

Yah I think they are going to be close friends too, I can see George helping Lexie study for the exam and vise and versa.

But I don't like the idea of George and Lexie more than just friends. I also hate Gizzie. lol I hope George and Callie find a way back to each other. And when he would start something with Lexie there would be no way back to her.

Personally, I wouldn't mind seeing a friendship dynamic between these two next season, though I have to say I don't really want to see George go down a romantic road with another Grey woman. The thing with Mere was definitely more than enough in that respect. Besides, with failing his intern exam, dealing with his crumbling marriage to Callie, and the feelings between him and Izzie, I'd say his plate, professional and personal, is more than full enough at this point...

Sounds plausible to me...

One thing is for sure though, I want to see Mere with some decent family around her for a change. If anyone deserves it after all the crap she's been through, I have to say it's her, and I hope she finally finds it in Lexie...

i like gizzie and lexie/derek, but george/lexie would be cute too! if callie is off the show and g/i are together, lexie could cause some drama with them! LOL.

This is kind of what I'm hoping for at this point as well. Would make for an interesting dynamic, and probably a pretty good friendship...
