It could be for both episodes, seriously what's up with people not wanting him to be in ep21? He's not dying, Patrick is not leaving.. why all this too much drama and freak outs? Epi 21 is a busy episode of course he's going to be in it, along with Meredith and the rest. There's 13 more characters who could die... I doubt they will kill off Derek, if anything the episodes without him, the ratings sucked, I'm sure ABC is aware of that, like how they are aware of the Patrick post on St. Patrick's Day. And from the article yesterday, it's not of someone who's about to leave his job.

I want him in 11x21, just as long as he's not dying.
 TBH I have a feeling that we'll have sightings of Ellen and Patrick at the hospital they're shooting at for 11x21 and people will probably freak out. But really I do think it's an AU episode or there's some other reasonable explanation. Maybe because there isn't a job for Derek at GSMH anymore, he takes a job at another hospital in Seattle? (Seattle Pres.) And the doctors they're casting are his co-workers and maybe there are more sides that aren't released? There are four people mentioned in the sides where there are no sides for:-Gina, Jim, Jessica, and Joshua I also could see it being Alex and Jo being the ones in a car crash. Because they haven't had much of a storyline this season.  Plus, Alex's speech last season kind of foreshadowed to something like that...Could be anything at this point. |

Could be anything, and JPJ was shooting in his car.. so it could be Richard too. It could be an AU, or a 2 episodes in a row. Since it's a lot of medical in ep21 I can see Zoanne Clack writing the episode, since she's a doctor.

Maybe. If it's AU, I could see Stacy McKee writing it. She loves gimmicky episodes.
The "Gina" character reminded me of Catherine, so it could be Richard. It's also possible that the person doesn't die. Sides have been known to change endings. Or maybe they think he's going to die and he doesn't. |
