This is going to bring up the trust issues I believe... trust issues since season 7, their fix up was Mer leaving Neuro, maybe that's why there was hints dropping this season. Now it's trust in their personal lives too..

Looking forward to see it play out. And I hope we'll see Derek next episode.

I think so too.. I had a feeling they might wrote a scene for this episode for him, but instead they end it with a cliff.

Love how she realized she can be extraordinary alone but it's so much better to share it with Derek

Bring it I say - the angst, and I hope they do their storyline right and with decent screentime. Tonight was a start, loved all the Meredith and it was about MerDer and their family even without him.
