I just wish that the writers hadn't had Meredith interrupt Bailey in the middle of praying in the chapel. I think it could have been funny without writing the scene that way. I don't think Meredith is a selfish person at all.

And as far as next week's episode goes, I don't think there's any way that Meredith is cheating, but I also don't really think that her plan was (at least at the start) to get away from the stress of the kids either. First of all, I don't see Meredith doing that, but second of all, I don't see her going to all the trouble of packing a suitcase of lingerie to help with her cover story with Maggie. I believe she intended to go to D.C., and either it didn't work out when she got there, or possibly there was a problem with her flight and she decided not to go back home right away.

My preference would be that Meredith went to suprise Derek, and was surprised herself to find him attending a meeting out of town or something. Then she wouldn't tell him so he wouldn't feel badly.

I truly believe her intention was to go to DC

but something happened.. I hope we'll get to know it all next episode.

Yeah i do think so too. She sincerely miss her husband. Since he left, she has been saying that expressedly.

This. I cringed at the chapel scene. It was insensitive, if anything. Almost looked like whoever wrote this episode doesn't like Meredith tbh.

We don't really know much about epi14 so..

The distance scream MerDer to me. More story from just Meredith though.. I want ep15 on to get here already. Epi16 sounds like part of it, it's a dream hopefully Mer after the accident which would be great to see...
