I thought the episode was kinda boring except the Mer/MerDer stuff

Hated Mer's Cristina was right about what she said about her and Derek

Do you think Derek's "Meredith I'm losing you" was just the phone or a secret hint at something else?

I really liked the story of Mer's patient though - I kept wanting to hope she wasn't capable of killing her kids. So glad my hopes weren't in vain! It was a good case.

Yes the patient was interesting. Everything including Mer. But the rest didn't really get me. I would rewatch for Mer and MerDer only this time around.
