The only reference to Japril I can see is April's quote from the premiere about Jackson sleeping alone in his big bed, so maybe April goes into a coma after she gives birth, who knows. The baby dies and April is a coma? Sounds like a ball of joy there.

I did not seen good chapter full., but I think I understand is that Meredith feels like Richard with Ellis ,when I leave, but also feel that Meredith Think it can be stronger than Elllis and if can handle the situation, and lugo think cristina what you said and more courage to tell derek to leave.

But Meredith will end up realizing that you need to Derek and things are not like what happened to them and Richard Ellis.

That Meredith crying in front of a stranger makes me think two things are realizing that the situation is not as easy and least with 2 children. the other could be that Meredith is pregnant and hormonal and hits it more this situation, Meredith is from people who do not like to show his feelings much, it is not easy to cry in front of people, rather be strong, so I I'm thinking Mer crying (pregnancy in sight).

their storyline mirrors Richard/Ellis so much. There's jealousy, ego like Ellen and Patrick stated. Meredith is Richard and Derek is Ellis. This will play out differently I'm sure, and will have different outcome.
