She still skipped visits, but so did he. Neither is innocent...
I'm waiting to hear his side of the story before putting all the blame on him. It's not his fault that we only got her side of the story. There are two sides to every story, and not everything is what it looks like. Of course they want it to look bad, that's why they released that as a sneak peek and it's all over the promo. |

I have a crazy theory that I just went through my head and what if what is happening between Derek and the woman this may be something you are stretched imagining, Street, Maggie and Alex, when you are talking on of back of Derek .
This occurred to me, so women say that this use of the phrases of Meredith and rare serious that women would use the same phrases de Mer with Derek ,and the only one who knows all the history of Meredith and Derek is Alex. The truth and I'm going crazy, with so many things I'm thinking. |

My theory was, she says phrases Mer says -- so Derek is in a daze, having flashbacks of the glioma trial. He's in a daze, thinking about Mer that he doesn't realize what she's doing. That's what I hope happens.
 Of course Mer won't believe him anyway.  Or, it could be Alex imagining what happened with Derek and the woman.  Alex/Callie talking about theories. Hmm... sooo many possibilities. |

I immediately thought of the musical episode.
I doubt it's a musical episode, but certainly could be AU. |

The sentence makes him reminiscing about him and Mer and what he's missing
