My hope is that they really get a new chance, because I truly believe that they still love each other. What we know for sure is that Alex still loves her.

I haven't kept up watching the show since Izzie left but hearing two more main cast members leaving just shocks me. How many is that now? 6? It seems to be a bad pattern to me and really does do a disservice to the fans who follow these characters. I just hope we can see a Izzie/Alex reunion out of this.

I agree absolutely! Alex still does love her and I believe that Izzie loves him too somewhere.

I hope that she will come back and they will be together again..

Izzie really needs to come back. I hope she does, bc there are two more seasons. maybe Shonda could find a way to write her on, and be with Alex for good.

All the attempts to couple Alex with another women failed. Izzie is the one and only, and he can only be happy with her. If Shonda gets this she can give KH another chance.

The only way I will watch a new episode is if Izzie would return. So I hope one day she comes back.
