S1- No Man's Land, When Izzie stands up for herself.
S2- Let It Be, scene in locker room talking if she got the surgrey ; Losing My Religion, Crying on his shoulder.
S3- Sometimes a Fantasy, Does it hurt? Scene.
S4- The Heart of the Matter, Tissue scene ; Freedom.
S5- Elevator Love Letter, Laying together ; What a Difference a Day Makes, You're Beautiful.
S6- Goodbye, Died in my arms ; I Like You So Much Better When You're Naked, Deserve better scene.( I think Alex does from the way that they wrote Izzie in S6)

I think I'll never choose one scene per season

But 2 of my favorite scenes ever are when she consoles him at the end of season 4. And the "I can't lose you. I won't survive" scene.
Basically season 5 have amazing scenes and the one who Iz confesses her love fro Alex to Bailey & Derek <3
edit : just saw the 'don't quit on me's scene 5x13 god so emotionnal

Yeah me too and the Georges/Iz, Alex/Ava. They could reconnect before...

They were the hottest and funny, beautiful & powerful, lovers and friends. The chemistry between Katie & Justin is undeniable. Even when they weren't together, they had a connection...
