| Hmm I don't really care about Derek tbh, but his scenes were alright. I loved badass!Lexie. I like her more and more each episode. She's awesome. AWW Alex. So sad. This storyline kind of ruins Alex/Izzie for me tbh. Such a shame. The chief should retire imo. Promo for next week looks promising. | Total Fan  | great episode all around please stop making alex /Justin always crying , yeah when Izzy was real sick understood but now she "left" I am sure it will come out she had treatment elsewere . Derek was on fire and him drawing on the wall going over ever inch of the spine tumor . so good ! Arizona standing up to the chief then crying typical her ! Funny though Chrisitna and lexie and her diaper was so funny ... Christina putting on one and not getting to use it , Hunts look on his face when she went into the whole diaper thing was priceless ! It was like one of those episodes where all the cast came together to see this tumor! Baileys eyes lit up with joy seeing the tumor . derek got to shine and as said when the Chief said you're fire him casuly saying sleep on it . All the little Mer/Der scenes good, in the end him falling alseep cause he so exusted just as she oppend the bottle ! | Fan Forum's Finest | I really loved this eppy .Now I thought it was nice to see Derek shine and have his own SL with Meredith supporting him  .It was nicely done with Ellen pregnancy I give the writer credit there  .I thought the Lexie and Cristina scenes were funny and a bit over the top though  .Cristina and Owen actually had scenes and I'm their biggest fan but I thought their scenes were nice and cute. I felt so sorry for Alex because he's really so heart broken over Izzie leaving and she won't even answer him  .The writers aren't making my Izzie love grow  .I can see Alex hooking up with Reed in the future and as much I would dislike it,but I would understand it *Sigh*. __________________ | |||

| Master Fan  | This definitely has been the best episode this season so far! I totally it!Derek was stunning amazing in it and Mer supporting him, even on the cell during the whole surgery and of course all the other people in the hospital! Everybody (beside Richard ) has been great.One of the greatest moments for me has been Lexie screaming at Derek to drink the water! Wow! I was so surprised by her. Never thought she could be that way. But Alex... Oh man, no words. I feel so incredible sorry for him. I don't understand Izzie, too. Quote:

| I enjoyed the episode. =) I understand why Izzie left, but I don't think Alex does, fully. What I don't understand is why she can't contact him or Meredith to tell them she's alright. Also she's probably getting treatment elsewhere. What I want to know is, why the HELL is Cristina kissing that Avery guy in the promo for the next episode? __________________
