It just aired. Clocks go back this weekend.

The "fired" shocked me too. Chief is really losing it right now, he's losing control of his hospital.

Yeah it was good .
You have to watch for yourself,but I can tell it wasn't ALL Derek like other characters got scenes .

I loved the episode.

I totally love how Derek responded to him, and in the promo, he's in the hopsital in his scrubs, so I don't think he's really fired!

BUT THAT ASIDE, THIS WAS ONE HELL OF AN EPISODE! IMO, the best in this season so far!

Yeah I was like Cristina did what?!? Now I understand the comment about how Cristina was more a danger to the relationship than Teddy was.. and the ''you're fired'' my gosh... but anyway since Derek was in his scrubs in the promo I'm not worried anymore...

I loved the MD in this episode, it was totally adorable, I love their support system.

I really like seeing Derek shine. I wasn't that into his voice over though but that's okay because the on-screen acting was great.

Apparently, diapers are in!

It was really nice seeing Derek with the voice over this week. Some funny moments, and some moments that had me scratching my head. Seeing Alex crying at the end had me puzzled. Never pictured him as the type to break down, but I love Arizona standing up to Webber. I have a full recap of tonight's episode here.

That was a great episode, I love how it showed the determination, weakness, and perseverance of Derek. The voiceover was amazing too. It was one that I lved. Plus, hearing his voice for extended periods of time wasn't bad either! There hasn't been that much Derek on my screen in a LONG time!

FANTASTIC, AMAZING, WONDERFUL, INCREDIBLE, AWESOME EPISODE!!

Does anyone know what music was played during it?

What's up with Richard? he hasn't been himself for a long time. I loved Derek in this episode he really stood up for the guy and doing his surgery was a good thing cause he knew if he let him die it wouldn't be good for him.

I feel so bad for Alex, I hope Izzie comes back cause I miss them.
