Katie: He's a great kisser. Not too aggressive, not too sloppy. He doesn't leave spit all over you. But in real life he's like an older brother to me - always super protective and supportive.

Justin Chambers shares his trailer, or "tin box," as he calls it, with Katherine Heigl. "I hear her loud mouth all the time — girl's got a loud mouth," he kids. Heigl slams right back: She says she has to listen to "trailer buddy" Chambers' daily doses of Judge Judy or Montel Williams. "I think he falls asleep with the TV on," she playfully groans.

Katie: I think one of the best kept secrets of our show is that Justin has 5 children and has been married for... 10 years... [Justin nods]? Yeah, so, he's a tired old man! What can I say, making out with daddy!

Justin: This pretty blonde will read a book a day. I'm not kidding you, a book a day.
Katie: There's a lot of down time...

Justin: You can’t deny that Katherine’s a very sexy woman. She’s voluptuous and has beautiful eyes that just suck you in. But she can burp like a truck driver. She can do it on demand. Then she says ‘Excuse me,’ because she’s such a lady. Katherine’s fun. You can pal around with her. She and T.R. [Knight] are kind of like twins, running around the set. They’ll do fake fight scenes or slap each other. She’s also really quick-witted. She reads a book a day. Girl books. I always laugh at the titles—So and So Goes Shopping. Whatever. But she reads really fast and knits in the corner like a grandma with her glasses on. Then when they say ‘Action,’ she’s like an amazing movie star. What people always want to know about Katherine is, ‘Is she as nice as she is beautiful?’ The answer, of course, is yes.

Katie: Kate hadn't even walked out yet and I was crying! I was actually sharing a quarter of a tissue with Keyshia Chambers, (Grey's Anatomy co-star) Justin's wife, trying to stop the flow.

UGO: What's it like playing love interest to Katherine Heigl?
Justin: (Making a "wow" look) Can I just go like this with my eyebrows? She's a beautiful woman and a real pro; it's great working with her. She's a wonderful actress to work off of.

Justin: "Katherine Heigl, you rock. You are a gifted actress, and I am very happy that we get to work together.
I laugh thinking about her," he says. "She burps like a truck driver, for such a lovely lady, which is kind of cool. And she always says, 'Excuse me' after she burps, which is even cooler. She's got a big, big heart, and she's very talented. I learn from watching her."

Katherine Heigl actually seems quite happy with her storylines this season. When asked about the future of Alex and Izzie at the Peter Alexander boutique opening benefiting Hearts United for Rescue and Kinder4Rescue, Katherine told me, "There's nothing I can reveal, but it's been awesome. It's been really exciting for me and really, really fun, satisfying work. I love Justin [Chambers]! How can you not love Justin? Sorry. He is just such a doll. I mean it's weird—I've been working with all of these people for five years. They're like my family. I mean, I see them actually more than my own family! We have so much fun together."

Katherine and Josh celebrated with T.R. on Monday night by going to the movies

. Pictures of that outing can be found at Kheigl Online or here at FF. The guest list for Katherine's themed party two weeks back were kept private, but I'm assuming T.R. was also there.

Since it was Tuesday I wouldn't be surprised if TR and et al were working on the set or something. Anyways, it looks like Katherine had various celebrations.

The blonde woman is Cheyenne Ellis who is a photographer(she has done photoshoots for Justin Chambers -- think of the pool photoshoot, T.R. Knight, Katherine, Josh Kelley, and many more celebrities), stunt double(she's been Katie stunt double when they were 14 years old since My Father The Hero), and very close childhood friend of Katherine's.
