Perhaps they are at the beginning of the 13 season still have fun, but it would then come feelings. Meredith noted yes then she has deep feelings for Nathan, and vice versa, it's exactly the same. I think that at the end of the 13 season there will again be a wedding.

Owen Meredith say that Nathan is not good for them, I mean I always annoys Owen against Nathan is trying all rushing toward him, but he has I think just afraid that the same thing happens as Meredith Megan.
