I saw a post somewhere where someone thought it was "stupid" that Callie said Derek didn't understand, where in fact he does, because he was cheated on before. Personally, I'm hoping this is addressed later. I would love to see Derek comfort Callie based on his past experience with Addison. I know it's been put to bed for a while now, but if anyone understands what Callie is going through now, it's Derek.

totally agree. I loved the scene during the premier where he was comforting her at the house. She was crying and he was rubbing her shoulder. They are starting to act like brother/sister. Kind of sweet. he should totally address that sometime.

Callie asks Miranda how to get Derek to do something for her. Miranda tells her that whenever she wants something from Derek, she just stares him down. It's episode 3x11.
