-Jerrika Hinton is leaving

She is leaving? I didn't know that. I like her better than Kelly McCreary. I can remember that Shonda said once that she has big plans with Stephanie. What happened with that?

And I hoped it would be Marika who is leaving soon. I really can't stand Minnick, though I liked the actress in Brothers & Sisters.

I hope Eliza Minnick leaves the hospital soon. Because I can not stand it. In contrast to Webber, it is nothing.

I think Minnick's character is the angst we needed, otherwise it would be boring, she brings crazy and fun and angst and tension, I like it and the actress is amazing

Yes, but she should abandon her methods when she wants to get to the hospital because she should not be with Jackson, because he can be different.

I could do without her... I don't like changes like the most of the doctors and she brings so much trouble and changes everything. I don't like how they rush things with Arizona as well. Imo they don't have chemistry and I still miss Callie.

I have to admit, nothing will be enough to replace callie/arizona, but I find them cute

Sometimes chemistry takes time. Especially given Arizona is at odds with herself given she's against what happened to Richard, and yet finds herself attracted to Minnick.

I don't care for her. But it's the storyline more than the character at his point. I know the show needed and wanted to do something for the originals, minus Meredith and Alex who had their own stories...and always had them...

This gives something more substantial for Bailey and Richard, even though it's against reason. Yes the resident program has failed with some. But Murphy failed for more reasons than the program. But look at Meredith, Alex, April and Jackson. Christina... Yes April and Jackson came from another hospital, but they excelled at this current one except for some difficulties early on for April. But she rose beyond it. And Richard is a big part part of the development of the core doctors...

If they chose to keep Minnick. I think she can improve as a character. Initially, I didn't like Callie. But she grew on me. And her program isn't that wrong, but I also don't think there is any reason not to have Richard's mode - you gradually learned, and earn the priviledge...

Look at what happened with Stephanie last week with that kid. It can go terrible, very quick. And the interns are not seasoned enough to figure out how to save it.

She's been cast in a new pilot. So regardless of whether the show makes it to air or not, she's decided to leave the show...

Last season she got cast in a sitcom and that didn't make it, but she came back. This time she's parting with the show...

It's too bad, I was really starting to like her character and the friendship between Stephanie/Emilia is amazing
