The 13 season will be the last season. And Cristina is back klehren by all appearances and Meredith will end at the end with Nathan or Alex. Although I think it at the end of the 13 season again will be a wedding.

Yes, but with whom Meredith supposed to finally be together? Nathan and Alex. I hope Nathan, because I want to stay the Meredith and Alex best friends and not make their friendship for love broken. And I think that it is more likely that Izzie returns, as Cristina.

I think Oh and Sara (if she indeed left on good terms) will come back for finale. But not whole season, maybe just episode or few.
I don't see anyone else doing it. I'm sure Patrick and Heigl could've, I mean they let them use their old footage, but I don't think they will be asked.
