Needless to say I love the eppy. I knew about the whole ILY2 thing because I am a spoiler junkie, but when it happened it was still surprising, because I wasn't expecting he'd declare in that direct way. That's not what you expect from George, he usually rambles a lot, and stumbles over his own words, but in that last moment, he was clear, he only said I love you too, directly.  And then the voiceover is fantastic too, the way Mer says the words, putting big silent spaces between them. It's awesome. And I remember the day the promo with the stairwell scene was aired. I think we filled like 9 pages of posts that day. God, the good times. I really hope they're back in the future. Welcome back Tom. Already read your story and it's awesome as usual. Quote:

| I hate episode 7, I do mot want any reminder of it whatsoever, I did not find it funny, they seem to make a joke of the Gizzie love story and of all of us who thought they had chemistry, I am getting furious just thinking about it. Thanks for episode 4.2, the almost kiss on the couch, so HOT! No chemistry, my eye. I hate Shonda right now. | |||

| Ooh, episode 4.2, the almost kisses, so so so hot, I was dying there, seriously why could she NOT let them kiss, was she scared they would be just too hot And them on the couch, beaming with more radiance and joy that I have ever seen them with anyone else, nobody makes them happier than each other, absolutely noone makes them glow like that. That is true love and that is why we want them back so much and why I will never give up. And no, I do not want any part of episode 7 up there, Shonda was clearly siding with the other side and making fun of all of us who think Gizzie has chemistry. That episode makes me sick and I will probably never forgive her for it./  | |||

| I have a question: Would you have liked their attempts at lovemaking on eppy 4.07 if it all ended well? I want to say that I really don't like how they were written on 4.07, and obviously, I didn't like either how the eppy ended, it was such a slap in the face for the people who supported (and support) them. And it was painful because they tried to make us think they didn't have chemistry when they do have it (a lot, in fact) IMHO, and the elevator kiss and all their scenes prove that. And also because they were portrayed as if their relationship were based only on sex, when we know that's not true. And although I do think that last scene with the VO implying they don't have chemistry, it's painful and really unfair for their fans, I REALLY think their attempts were funny. Such as George saying he'd do anything for her and when he asked her to pick up a fantasy, and they were smiling. His eyes were so inviting for her, and you could see they really loved each other. And also when Izzie was saying he was perfect, and sexy, and George was saying she was an angel. I thought those scenes were cute. Anyway, I might be the only one here who thinks that way so I'm shutting my mouth. Thanks for the recap Kylie. I added it. I love Love/Addiction. In the first scene, I love how he looks so determined. It's as if he were more confident when he's with Izzie. And I also like how he straightens his chest when he says he walked out determined from the room, and she's all "it made me proud". That's such a cute moment.I also like when they almost kiss in the hospital. Sources tell me George took a REALLY cold shower after that lmao. Oh, and I also like the scene that's just before that one, when Izzie is working on a patient with Callie and Mark, and Izzie keeps accidentally throwing on the floor all the medical stuff when Callie says she's married lmao. | It does not really matter if we would have liked it if it ended well, things is it didn't. Not only did she portray them as a couple that was all about sex when they never were, she made them seem like a joke. It was like this episode was written for the non-Gizzie fans, to make them forgive her for even daring to put them together And this had been coming for a while, from episode 4.5 where George ran around like an idiot The whole making a farce of what had been a heartbreakingly touching love story And it wasn't enough that they had the ridiculously bad sex, something she found hillarious, they had to not even be able to kiss, we had to hear Izzie say how George kissed like a chicken, even though a few weeks back they had this amazingly hot SOBER kiss in the elevator where George had been an amazing kisser And then if that was not enough to make the other side happy and to make us get she didn't want Gizzie as a couple, there was the terrible vo, chemistry you either have it or you don't, implying Gizzie has not, obviously the 77% of people who voted they had disagreed with her It just felt like she was working over time to please the other side and trying as hard as she could to make us lose hope, she ridiculed us And seeing those caps again would make me relive the pain and anger yet again I do not want to see it again and frankly this is not something I think I will ever forgive her for I had 6 friends just drop the show for good after that episode, they felt so humiliated and betrayed __________________  Gizzie love foreverGizzie, Nick and Tess, Josh and Reva, Meredith and Derek, Phoebe and Cole, Luke and Laura, Shawn and Belle, Lucas and Peyton, Andy and Prue, Ryan and Marissa, Dan and Serena, Anne and Gilbert, Viki and Ryan, Mallet and Dinah, Phillip and Beth, Ross and Rachel, Kyle and Fish Avvie by Red | |||

| I hated that episode too for all the reasons Marie listed and I do not want to see a recap of it. That episode seemed written by a Gizzie hater, and the next one after too. I cannot believe Izzie called the sex tragic and told it to Mer of all people after being so hurt last season when George compared their sex to his with Mer, and ehr telling him their night was not tragic, for her to then use the same word. Like they were making Gizzie the same as george and Mer even though George and Izzie had had the best sex of their lives together, and were truly in love. I am getting angry all over again thinking about it. And her saying how funny the whole thing was in the podcast, totally clueless and not caring about how heartbroken we all were. I seriously hated her at that moment. George and Izzie are the best couple on TV and we waited four years for them to get together and we deserved a heck of a lot better __________________ Call me Marah Gizzie, Joe and Allison, Ross and Rachel, Ryan and Viki, leo and Piper fan for life | |||

| I agree guys, but let's not be so negative, the show is far from over and the door was not permanently closed on Gizzie. Despite said episode, both Shonda and Gizzie later said the problem was not chemistry but timing, Shonda repated it recently in her article about the end of the season. We got I love yous, a lovely dance and more loving scenes than most couples on this show get. So while we do have some reasons to be angry, I am too, we have a lot of reasons to be grateful and hopeful too. We just need to hang in there and remember it is not over until the very last episode airs. | Yes keep hope guys, I know it is tough and we have been dealt a really unfair blow but we need to hang tough. Gizzie is worth it. Look at those stills Kylie has posted, we know they have amazing chemistry whatever the show says. It is undeniable. | |||
