I think I tend to agree with you, Virginie.l I will read summaries and see how they treat the G and I love story. If they have them say they never loved each other and they were confused, I don't see myself watching. If they respect the fact they did love each other but say the timing was just wrong and have them act like they still love each other, I will continue to watch. Like you, I just want the show to treat this wonderful love story with the respect it deserves. That makes me mad because this is not what I saw on my screen. I saw people who had been in love for some time and had never realized it, I saw signs of that love back in season 2. Their smiles, the way they look at each other, it all screams them being madly in love to me. The way they kissed in the elevator. | I agree, I felt and still feel betrayed, hurt angry, laughed at. This was not my couple at all. I know she explained it was the guilt and baggage not lack of love and chemistry in her podcast but that episode still hurts way too much, but it made me love them more not less, made them more vulnerable and special in a way. I guess maybe if they had been totally happy, some people could never tolerate that after how hurt Callie was and Shonda does believe in retribution. I was talking with someone, a G and I and A and I fan, and she said and I were treated worst. Maybe, I think they were both treated badly, but since I hate A and I, I did not much care. I did feel bad for their fans. I guess A and I had terrible sex the first time they did it, then G and I laughing about it. And at least we had mutual I love yous, and love declarations and that wonderful dance. But a part of me is still angry. It did not feel like G and I to give up because of bad sex after going through hell to be together, their love is way too strong for that, so it felt like it was done for shock purposes more than anything and like Katie said, Shonda's refusal to believe a happy couple can be interesting. I am no giving up though. In the short time Gizzie was together, they had more touching, loving, chemistry-filled moments than any couple here. We had some amazingly intense scenes and they were written as a love story even after their break up and that dance was the loveliest thing ever. The show is not over by a long shot and TR and Katie love Gizzie as do many fans, I don't intend to give up. Count me as one who is going to be reading what happens before I watch anything. I guess the important thing to remember is that George and Izzie aren't over. The door was left wide open for them, and unless said otherwise (which would be stupid) they are still in love. | I agree with you on Alex and Izzie, I never want her to return his feelings. But I'd love to be pleasantly surprised. But regardless of how much time they are spending together.. I think we can all agree that it would be ridiculous for their relationship to never be spoken of or addressed again this season.
