I know but i also will not watch if she gets married anymore i forgave Shinda for the season premiere but I stuck around for 12 episode we deserve something other then her marrying someone else i lose hope and then regain it when i think about the fact that if the cliffhanger isn't whether she says i do i dont know what else it can be

I'm still trying to decide if I want to watch tomorrow after all the stuff that was released today.

One of the things I love about Jackson and April is that professionally they are close to each other. (I've never been overly fond of intern/attending relationships. I tolerated M/D the first 3 seasons, but I'm not a die hard shipper.)

Have faith people, at least until after the episode. I mean the writers would be dumb to not make Japril happen...if nothing happens between them then I will definitely be taking a break from the show. But I will always ship Japril till the very end.

I agree! I am really tired of interns dating their bosses. Especially when it is almost always young female interns + their older male bosses (not that I like Shane and Cristina either). Once or twice in the early seasons was kind of icky. The non-stop repetition of the pattern is beyond icky, and also boring. At least in the early seasons, they pretended like it was this big exciting taboo. Now it's just like, meh, expected.

I have a question about tomorrow's show. There have been talk about the Shane situation coming into play tomorrow and Ellen Pompeo being shocked at what she read. Is it possible that Shane is the cause of April not getting married because he does something at the wedding that could hurt April or Jackson....probably April since a hurt bride would carry the most weight.

Maybe this is just wishful thinking since it's the only logical reason I can see Jackson making a declaration without coming off as a complete tool if April does indeed get hurt.

I don't think there is any reason to think the trouble Shane gets into has anything to do with the wedding.

Hannah, it's not that I'm convinced Japril won't happen, but I am pretty sure by now that it won't feel earned to me, just from what we've had all season (and all of season 9, for that matter). I'm not sure what thing I thought might happen in the episode to change that for me (I guess like a serious episode-long journey exploring Jackson's state of mind and his bottled up emotions for April?), but with every spoiler and promo and picture we get, I have less hope that we'll get that thing. I mean, at this point, I think that if in the last 5 minutes Jackson rode into the wedding on a unicorn and gave a monologue invoking the ghosts of Reed, Charles, Mark and Lexie, and explaining how he's always loved April but was too scared to say anything and then they got married and rode away on said unicorn, trampling Stephanie in the process while everyone (including Matthew) slow-clapped...I think I would still be like, "F you, Grey's, I'm supposed to be happy with that? Where was the build-up? Where was the courtship? Where was the longing?" We've just had nothing but the shallowest of development for them, and have had to fill in so many blanks ourselves, and I think that's why I am and may always be kind of frustrated with this ship.
