Indeed, Justin was great on the last episode. Loved Alex - it was so good to see Alex he kick ass surgeon again. It was long overdue. I enjoyed him with DeLuca: Alex mentoring an intern/resident is another one of my wishes and with Arizona.

Can we have more episodes like this?

Alex would be great as a father! It would be interesting if he will think before deciding to conceive that his mom/brother are schizofrenic and that there are some chances that his biological kids might inherit it (it can be genetic if I remember correctly).

I found it confusing last episode that Mer asked Alex about his salary, she should have been interested in salaries of Head of Departments only. Would that mean that he is Head of Peds?

I don't think that that he is head of Peds. I thought she asked about his salary because he had the leverage of working in a private practice (and making more). Although, since he quit the hospital to work there, I don't know that it would work. I still want to know if he still has all of the shares, making him a shareholder, and if so, why is he still so cheap LOL? Maybe its from his childhood?
