I know Kate Walsh was leaving for the spin-off but there were a million other ways they could have finished up this storyline than the way it played out.  Still find it so hard to watch the last few episodes of season three because of the way it they were written. But what bothers me the most though is the way Alex is written at the end of the episode Desire. I mean here's a guy who has grown so much over the course of season 3 as a doctor and in my opinion as a person.By the end of this one episode it was like we were seeing old season 1 Alex again. Watching the I'd notice part, he was rude to you part and even the part where Addison apologizes for the near kiss where you can see he was upset, and it's hard to believe that this same guy who is such an ass to Addie at the end of Desire. In my opinion season three Alex is a sweet, compassionate guy who really cares about his patients and who I think had genuine feelings for Addison. I seriously think he was even falling a little in love with her. Why the big turnaround around?. I mean that kiss was just the most amazing I have ever seen on television there was definitely feelings on both sides and even though Addison initiated it I didn't see Alex pushing her away. Ok so he blew her off after but I think that was because he was scared of his feelings and I totally wasn't buying the whole because your my boss nonsense. Why would that same guy act like that. I can't get my head around it at all. Anyway I am getting upset just typing so I am going to go back to the land of denial and from now on stop watching grey's anatomy season three at the part where they come out of the closet after what we can only assume was hot hot sex.  Gonna go cry now. Anytime I think about it I get so upset I was that invested in this couple. Not sure I will ever be able to watch either of them with anyone else ever again. I mean I like Pete and Addie together but if it was a case of choosing between Alex and Pete for Addison it would Alex everytime. And can't watch Alex with anyone else. Hopefully will be able to in the future just not yet. Rant over. | |||

| Woooah really I couldn´t say that better  And I think he really was in love with her There were so many signs for it! It´s really so hard for many that I even don´t watch season 4 or PP.... It´ll be always Addie & Alex for me  How can you not love them, huh? "The hottest TV Romance" sais the 3.21 Promo but it´s not a romance any more (just in denial) Thanks Shonda, I really thank you for that Grey´s was such an amazing show....and now I just hate the new season (sorry for saying that but IMO it´s true  )But I think it´s not only Grey´s which became worse | |||

It's like there is a huge gap that can't be filled with any of the other characters. | okay people, I got this small idea some days ago...on my last Addex one-shot, I mixed the elements of the GA episode with some elements of the coinciding PP episode (i.e. 1x07 and 4x07). So I was wondering if it'd be a good idea to do the same for the next epi's, although I would make the one-shots clear enough so it'd be okay if a reader does not watch both shows. I'd post it as "chapter 2" under the fic "What She Left Behind" and it'd be a series of one-shots, with different scenerios as to how Alex and Addison would reunite. What do you think? I just wanted to ask before PP aired so if I decide to write, my mind would be looking out for things to put into the one-shot...Remember, I'm not doing this for sure, but a part of me wants to do this B/C of the lack of Addex fics, and B/C the pair inspires me so...So, please tell me what you think...? Suggestions are cool. PEACE. | |||

Can't stop watching the kiss it is just the most amazing kiss I have ever seen on television. And I am not just saying that because I love these two. I have waited years for some of my favourite couples on T.V to kiss and most of the time when it does happen I am normally disappointed with the kisses. But there is something about this.
