I hope Meredith broke up with Derek.He ain't sexy anymore and she can do much better.So,good riddance.

I loved the episode. I was so sad about Japril's baby though. The episode was so intense. I Just can't wait to see the next episode. I want to see how these things play out. And I have a feeling Dr. Herman is not going to be happy that Amelia can remove her brain tumor... Lol. Definitely can't wait to also see what happens with Meredith and Derek. <3

Everybody does selfish things but the way Derek treats his loved ones when something doesn't go his way is something I just can't stomach. The way he treated and undermined Amelia after he stayed was very selfish and childish.

Honestly I don't think he was that nasty to Amelia in episode 7. Yeah, he didn't stick up for her like he should have, but he could have been a hell of a lot worse. They acted like he stood up and harshly told Owen that Amelia wasn't fit for the job, which he did not do. He didn't say anything, which was bad, but it could have been a lot worse, IMO. I thought it would be worse from the promo. If there was anything else, maybe it was cut.
I feel Derek's pain almost more than Meredith's this season, to be honest. He feels stuck, and I know what that feels like. He needed to go to DC, so I'm glad he's going now. It's the only way his character can move forward, otherwise he'll be left with what ifs for the rest of his life and that's not good for anyone involved. It's not fair to Meredith or Amelia. |
