Right now it's just a friendship, but I really hope it will develop into more than just that. When she is with him you can see the old Jo I loved so much, when she was only friend with Alex. I really missed that. She is smiling and happy around him. And it's fun to see how both enjoy the company of the other.

I hope it won't...I like them as friends but DeLuca and Maggie had a really great chemistry so in a romantic way Jo and DeLuca can't be better... In addition, Jo loves Alex and she would hurt DeLuca.

I think they have chemistry. And it would be a waste not to explore the possibilities. But it's not our decision but Shonda's. And from their scenes together I think she has a plan for these two.

No, they don't have any chemistry with Maggie. Maggie is awful and dull af.

I see absolutely no romance between Jo and DeLuca, which is only friendship. You do not always have to make an elephant from a mosquito at the same time and think that a romance between Jo and De Luca arises.

It can also be that they make it because of the age. But that would be totally irrelevant. Jo and Andrew, just because they both do not have a big age difference.

Yes, but I do not like it. Jo and Alex belong together. And I want to get the DeLuca and Maggie together again. DeLuca and Jo are simply good friends for me. Just like Alex and Meredith, only those who have a much deeper friendship and attachment. On sibling level also.

I don't think Jo and Deluca are sibling level. I do agree that Alex and Meredith come across like a little brother and big sister relationship though.

I don't think it's because of age. Well, kinda. Alex was always like a father figure for her who helped her to overcome her fears, but it wasn't because of his age.
And I don't see how Andrew or anyone for that matter will end up with Maggie. She is so annoying.
