Oh I really hope Brett's screen time doesn't suffer. I love her too much. The whole Roman-hookup to me was so random. I don't see it lasting though. Derek said during a Periscope Q&A that crossover romances haven't really proven to be fair to the shows.

I'm biased though, because I've wanted her with Severide pretty much since she's shown up. There is so much potential there.

I still haven't given up hope for them, haha. I mean they did have a little something towards the beginning of the season. And Matt Olmstead said it's something they discussed multiple times and they actually almost had them hook up in the finale, but thought it looked bad if she broke up with Cruz just to have a fling with Kelly. I don't want them to have a fling. I want them to have some build up. In another interview, Matt said Severide will probably have an in-house romance... I'm trying not to get my hopes up, but I just think it would be the best route to go.

(Who is interested in a Brett/Severide thread? :) )

I've read what they said about they being together and they were really doing it, until they tought that her being previously with Cruz would make Severide appears like a bad friends to him... I don't know what to think.. even because Cruz and Brett break was actually funny to me :lol:

Yes exactly, that's why I like her for him, she's totally different. I can't believe they just drop it because of Cruz, there was so much potential for Sev and Sylvie.

And of course, I'm sooo interested on a Severide/Sylvie thread.
