Romantic In Denial

Chicago Med 2x13 "Theseus' Ship" Season 2 Episode 13 Promo - Dr. Rhodes (Colin Donnell) convinces Dr. Latham (guest star Ato Essandoh) to join him for a medical trip out of town, which puts Latham's personality issues to the test. Dr. Manning (Torrey DeVitto) treats an 8 year-old cancer patient who wants to give up on his battle until she makes a surprise discovery. Elsewhere, an unhealthy woman with heart problems is brought in and doesn't want to listen to doctors, much to the dismay of Dr. Halstead (Nick Gehlfuss). Meanwhile, Dr. Choi (Brian Tee), Dr. Charles (Oliver Platt) and Dr. Reese (Rachel DiPillo) work on a complicated case involving a woman with a personality disorder. Will and Nina (guest star Patti Murin) work through their first relationship test.

I really like this episode. The relationship between Dr. Rhodes and Dr. Latham is turning into a great SL. Dr. Latham really traveled out of his comfort zone with that trip and he ended up panicking over the events that transpired. Loved how Connor turned the situation around. I'm surprised how much of a turn around I've had regarding the Dr. Latham character.

The little boy with cancer was a twist I wasn't expecting. Too bad the father had to be arrested even for a short time. Did anyone else think April was acting a liitle OOC? Maybe it was just her PG hormones driving her.

I couldn't help but laugh when Nina was revealing her dating history. Will's face was priceless.
