Now that I’m 100% caught up with everything.
My idea for Burgess , is she has a fall or gets in altercation with a suspect, loses the baby .
Marina isn’t really pregnant is she ? I know she has two children. ..
I don’t want her sideline with the pregnancy storyline. Hi

Based on what is being said, I think the plan is for her to have the baby. They want to explore what it's like to be in that job and be a parent in greater depth. They could go the miscarriage route, but tbh I don't think that would be a good idea. They did that exact story on Fire with Gabby a few years ago.

Marina only has one child.
