Fortunately, we didn't end up having it too bad here. There are some areas that did. It rained all day yesterday and is supposed to rain all day today. There are some down trees and some people without power. But I am ready for the rain to go.

Hope everyone is done with rain, wind and storms for awhile.

We have nice weather here today. The
 is back. Today is my twins birthday 3rd birthday. We took them to an indoor play place earlier. Birthday party at Grandma and Grandpa's house tomorrow. We have less than two weeks until the premiers. I can't wait! __________________

It's supposed to be pretty hot here the rest of the week.
 I'm just ready for some Fall weather! We just took my MIL to the airport yesterday. She stayed with us for two weeks. Two weeks is a long visit. __________________

It's so strange to have this 90 degree weather and see the trees starting to turn and some even beginning to shed leaves. But it will be short lived. By weds we'll be back to high's in the 60's and 70's - more fall like.

When it gets really hot, the beach is the best place to be. The shores of Lake Michigan always have a cool breeze waiting to relieve you. The water is pretty amazing too.
