It was an ectopic pregnancy, and it didn't rule out her having children in the future. She had no way of knowing about the aneurysm at all.

It was sad, and it bothers me more now because med had a case of a woman that had an aneurysm and shouldn't have got pregnant but did. She died, but one of the doctors asked why the aneurysm hadn't been treated, which made me wonder, could Gabby's have also been treated and Fire just didn't acknowledge that?
