I agree with this . I seriously expected it to be far worse than it was. He basically admitted his mistake and took time to sort out this thing. And he has to deal with this anyway. We will see how it goes, but for now I do not think that this would be a big deal. If they have more problems it will be more about Jay's past and in general how he deals with it than just about Abby because he made it perfectly clear that he does not want to be with her.

I just hope that Erin doesn't over-react to this. She has a hard time with trust and I don't want her to see this as a betrayal. No matter what, Jay still needs her support.

Unlike most fans I guess I actually like this story. We have watched for three seasons how Erin learnt to let Jay in. Now is time for Jay to do the same. Now I do know that we won't spend three seasons on that because for the writers Erin has always been more important compared to Jay, but I still want the writers to spend some time on this.

I only hope that they would this story justice. I know that Jesse can act it well, it's matter of giving him good story.

^ That's a good way of looking at it. I do feel their relationship will be stronger after this, but hopefully it won't take too long for them to work it out.
