I really enjoyed Will in last night's episode. He was calm, caring and professional. He was looking out for his co-workers without being overbearing and it was refreshing. I'm glad the writers are moving away from his manic behavior and have settled him down.

And his laugh at the end is too cute.

I also loved him again in this episode. Caring and looking after Reese and Connor. Glad to have him back.
