The fact that Voight took her in at 15 won't necessary have to mean she was clean from then on...Maybe he was having a battle with her for some time before she got straight...

The Aliases from her record are dated of 2000 and 2001 so it should be the time she was having a go at the wide life..So that's like 13-14 years back..if 15 is the falling into Voight's time she should be around 28-29...
