I enjoy their interactions a lot. Choi is like a mentor to Reese.

His interactions with her show me how good of a person he is too. I like him a lot.

This makes me wonder if Choi will be instrumental in getting Reese's assignment changed back to the ER from Pathology. That would be in character for him.

And I think that it would make sense. I know that I haven't seen all episodes, but I have the impression that Choi and Rhodes are the ones that could influence Reese in such way to re-evaluate her choice. So I think that those two will play an instrumental role.

I definitely agree with you both.

Choi and Rhodes have talked to her about her future in meaningful scenes. I would be surprised if it was someone else convincing her.

In the end it will have to be Reese to make up her mind to ditch Pathology and stay in the ER. She's gotten good advice - now she has to act on it.
