I didn't get it either. Makes me think there was a deleted scene that would explain it.
 It's like Anna had a total turn around from her previous conversation with Kelly. In any case, I'm not happy about this.  __________________

I don't know. Maybe it's how she dealt with it.
From what I understand she was only going to be in a certain amount of episodes anyway. The writers could have made her departure a little more believable.__________________

A poster in the episode thread brought up a point. Perhaps Anna received some bad news about her medical condition.
I have no idea if a bone marrow transplant can go bad but in this world I suppose it's possible. I'd buy that explanation over a patient.__________________
