Jo yeah lots of hours so I ended up quite tired. Luckily for me 1st May is Labor Day here and it was also bank day so I had extended weekend to get some rest.

Good that you managed to lose some weight. I mean you should start somewhere. And that's a good start. Indeed dieting is difficult. Do you follow some specific plan or regime?

Koni, I just stick to a 1250 calories/day plan. After a month, I will do exercises. Which means tomorrow already

So sorry Lucy but I know that's how physio goes.

OK - I'm seriously upset with Mother Nature.

For the last 2 nights I've had to move my hanging plants and cover them due to imminent frost. Really?!?!? One more night of this nonsense and I should be able to leave them where they should be.

It's lovely out right now with clear blue skies and beautiful sunshine and no wind!!

At least the days are pretty nice and hopefully will stay that way.

I went shopping yesterday and picked up some cute summer tops and got to use some coupons and dollars off. I love that!!

Now to try them on since I hate trying on stuff at the stores. I usually pick up items in my size and then if I don't like how any of them look on me, I just return. Works for me.

I know what that's like - it wears you out big time.

Imagine you're counting the days until you can move but there's another kind of stress. You just can't win.

I have watched all of the Chicago shows but my favourite one is Chicago Med. I am a retired nurse RN(needed to retire 45 years early because of crippling arthritis and painful fibromyalgia.

So I appreciate shows that have good story lines with medical and surgery scenes.

Also enjoy other medical shows. Nice to see the different people make appearances on the different shows since it all occurs in Chicago!!! Also, like the Law & Order: SVU crossover shows, too!!! Those are always fun when they follow stories/cases from NY to Chicago and back!!!
