"WE CALLED HER JELLYBEAN" 04/28/2015 (10:00PM - 11:00PM) (Tuesday) : A FIRE REVEALS EVIDENCE OF A POTENTIAL SERIAL ARSONIST WHO HAS BEEN ON THE LOOSE FOR MORE THAN A DECADE AND DEMANDS THE ATTENTION OF THE CPD AND SVU-STORY ARC CROSSES OVER INTO "LAW & ORDER: SVU" AND "CHICAGO P.D." THE FOLLOWING NIGHT¬-An apartment fire linked to a case of rape and attempted murder calls for members of the CPD to team with the Special Victims Unit, which had a similar unresolved case that has eluded them for more than 10 years. This prompts Sgt. Benson (Mariska Hargitay) to come in from New York to assist with the investigation in which she is all too familiar. Meanwhile, doubts among the squad towards one of their own causes Severide (Taylor Kinney) to lay down the law and Dawson (Monica Raymund) puts her life on the line during a call. Jason Beghe, Jon Seda, Warren Christie, Eric Mabius guest star. http://images.spoilertv.com/cache/Ch...%20Gallery.jpg |
TFTNT!! :flowers:
I must be the only one on the planet who doesn't watch The Walking Dead  but in any case think the new guy will be appropriately creepy. |
Can't wait for tonight's episode as it's the start of the crossover :)

After watching tonight's episode, all I have to say is...GABRIELA DAWSON, YOU ARE THE DEFINITION OF BADASS!
http://img11.hostingpics.net/pics/608244giphy.gif Did you see how she talked that guy off the ledge? Damn girl! The Dawson siblings must be protected at ALL COSTS! Though I'd like to see them interact more outside of work, without them talking about murders, dealers and bad cops... The Dawson/Severide scoobygang is GOLD! They have such a nice chemistry. If I wasn't a Dawsey fan, I'll totally ship them. The strip-club storyline is really boring but things might change next week. By the way, have you ever see a strip-club where the strippers don't get nakes? Weird! XD Something is definitely up with Rice. Can't really what it is yet. But the dude won't last at 51. And here is the start of the Truck vs Squad fight... Geez, Dawson and Casey being all flirty at the beginning then when Dawson risked her life to help that man, Casey became livid. The man sure was worried. I love you Wallace Boden but NEVER interrupt a Dawsey moment. Some have disappeared for less  |
I'm really hoping Otis and Cruz are wrong about Rice. But I don't understand, Rice left Severide before he needed help. How would he have known Kelly would be in trouble? Unless they just meant Rice getting out there so he wouldn't have to help anyone at all. Whatever the reason, I hope they're wrong.
I'm liking the new girl, Chili. She seems cool so far. |
I really didn't pay attention to the new girl  I was more busy trying to undertstand the Rice's stuff, watching Dawson being a badass and Casey teling Nesbitt to go to hell. I mean did you guys see the way Nesbitt yelled at Casey? If he had doubts before, now Casey got confirmation about something being up with Nesbitt.

I am so glad it's crossover week!
I've been a fan of CF since S1 but I don't really post on this thread. It being crossover week though really felt the need to. :) So cool that Liv got to meet Chief Boden! I look forward to the three teams working together. |
Hi Ron, great to see you posting :)
I loved this episode and I really like Chilli which I honestly didn't think I would. I like her laid back attitude. I'm kind of hoping she sticks around as it's nice to have a third girl. Dawson's heroic moment wasn't as eyerolling as I thought it was going to be. Mainly because she didn't disobey any orders . You could tell that she was genuinely scared on the ledge but just wanted to help the guy. She's kind of grown on me the last few episodes. Ever since they split her and Matt up and I'm not just watching them fight constantly. I really hope the writers don't ruin her for me again once they reunite. I do feel like her journey from candidate to full fledged firefighter is a complete paralell of season one Mills though
Spoiler:
The Rice storyline is shaping up nicely. I wonder if there's going to be a twist where it turns out he's not a ducker. What's the deal with the blonde stripper? At first I thought she'd just hook up with Matt but now I feel there's more to that storyline. Any SVU fans? Was the flashback of Liv footage from an actual SVU episode? Was it the same case? |
I watch SVU but for the life of me I cannot remember that episode. It was 10 years ago so it would have happened around season 4 or 5 but the footage looked genuine.
Yeah I don't know what the deal is with that stripper. She's confusing. I'm not sure I like that storyline. Just don't care for the whole stripper club vibe in general. I kind of liked Chili. Didn't think I would. She's very laid back and casual. Brett was getting on my nerves though- dude someone offers you something, don't complain or make an excuse just smile and say thanks (IDK maybe that's a cultural thing but that's what a lot of us Mexicans would do  ) And Dawson was pretty great. Loved how she saved that guy. |

That flashback with Olivia looked pretty real to me. I never watched SVU but she looked younger in that scene.

Actually we don't know if
Spoiler:
The stripper isn't hooking-up with Matt anytime soon. That's definitely not where the story is going. As I've said before, she is either going to help the cops at some point or she is as shaddy as Nesbitt. |
