Chicago Fire 6x05 "Devil's Bargain" Season 6 Episode 5 Promo - Casey (Jesse Spencer) and Severide (Taylor Kinney) find themselves at odds after Casey argues with him over the best way to save a teenager entangled in barbed wire. When Casey looks to Boden (Eamonn Walker) for help smoothing out the situation, he comes to the realization that he will have to fix it himself. Elsewhere, Otis (Yuri Sardarov) tries to convince Casey to participate in the beta test for an expensive piece of new firefighting equipment imported from Japan. Meanwhile, Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo) and Hope (guest star Eloise Mumford) come to blows over a payroll issue and Brett (Kara Killmer) goes on a date with a doctor she meets during an ambo call. It's no surprise that Casey and Kelly clashed. Now let's see how long this bit of angst lasts.

Hope is quite the sly little meddler, isn't she? I can't say I'm surprised that she deliberately hid/destroyed Kidd's check just so she could play the hero. When she falls, it will be hard - Sylvie already has her suspicions.

I don't think this will be the last time Casey and Severide clash.

I knew there had to be something more to Kidd's check missing. I figure that Hope did something with it. On a side note, don't most people have direct deposit these days? I know it made a storyline, but I wouldn't think somewhere like the CFD would issue checks as paychecks.

I knew that doctor was too good to be true...my first thought when he got a phone call at the end of their date was that it was not the hospital. I felt so bad for Sylvie.
