[Episode Discussion] Chicago Fire - 5x20 - "Carry Me"
 Airing Tuesday May 2 at 10PM EST Severide and Anna Cling to Hope; Casey Fights to Clear Kannell's Reputation Chicago Fire 5x20 "Carry Me" Season 5 Episode 20 Promo - Casey (Jesse Spencer) goes to drastic measures to help his friend Kannell (guest star Kamal Angelo Bolden). Lt. Severide (Taylor Kinney) helps an old widow come to terms with letting go, but realizes he may be the one needing help. Otis (Yuri Sadarov) and Cruz (Joe Minoso) deal with surprises when they find a new roommate to move in. Dawson (Monica Raymund) and Brett (Kara Killmer) get crafty to save a young girl. Eamonn Walker, David Eigenberg, Miranda Rae Mayo and Christian Stolte also star. Charlotte Sullivan also guest stars. __________________

Poor Kelly!
 The man can never catch a break and must be destined to roam the earth alone, from one meaningless relationship to another. Why can't the writers be nice to his character for a change?  Hopefully he won't fall into a pit of depression like he did when Shay died.  I can totally see why Kannell can't go back to his fire house. The memories alone would be hard to deal with. It will be interesting to see how he fits in at 51. I haven't looked but wonder if he will be a recurring or permanent character.  The SL with lady who wouldn't leave her house was apropos to Kelly's SL. I wonder is she will continue to play a part in his life for awhile? OK - Sylvie rooming with Cruz and Otis?!? OK.............. That should be interesting.  __________________

Poor Kelly! I didn't think they outcome would be good for Anna. It's a shame that she had to die. I wonder what direction they will take Kelly now?
I thought the whole Cruz, Otis and Brett thing was funny. It should be interesting to see how this works out. __________________
