Maybe both. I think he's worried about Roman specifically because he's with Burgess everyday. But Alvin's right, Adam can't always be worried about Kim and who she might date. At least not while they're working.

I agree that when Adam is working he should focus on the work

. And I get that Alvin was more worried to give personal advise to Jay in that moment than Adam which is understandble. After all Jay's a problem was a bit more serious than Adam's one.

That being said for me the correct advise to Adam was to ask himself is it about his ego or he has feelings. If he still has feelings for Kim then he should talk to her. It was clear that Kim didn't break up with Adam because she doubted her feelings. She doubted Adam's ones.

That's true, she doubted Adam's feelings. Well, we'll have to wait until the 23rd to find out what happens lol.

I do hope they have a conversation. If Adam is that confused about why Kim broke up with him, then he has to ask the question. I still think Kim's criteria for the break up was questionable at best. IMO it was stupid!!!
