Ruzek has got to be the cutest couple!! Adam has that whole "aw schucks" attitude going on while being hot at the same time. Loved the hospital scene & the "I love you's"

URGH, they said ILYs to each other at the hospital.

FINALLY. It took almost death for them to admit their true feelings for each other.

I couldn't stop smiling so hard. This might be my favorite because of this happened.

I really hope so especially now Kim is joining on their team and not separated from them much longer anymore so they would have to work together, romantically and professionally.

Love them! I'm glad Adam told her he loves her.

I hope Kim is going to be okay, the end was sad. I also hope she takes the job!
