I'm sorry. I started drooling and now can't stop.

You know it's funny, I saw a scene on another show last night that reminded me of what I thought this moment would be like if it ever happened and it worked for that couple but I'm much more partial to this one. If you can be in love with a scene I think I am. It may go down as an all-time across-shows favorite of mine.

It was just perfect the way it was, everything was right.

I'm just going to ignore the part questioning his motives. AGAIN. I've given up on people not doing that. He genuinely cares about her. End of story, IMO. And I hope we see a lot more of "normal."

I saw this. Neal and Sara were actually who I was referring to earlier but didn't figure it would mean anything to anybody but me (HOT scene BTW). But it wasn't a tough decision for me at all.

Yeah I tried to ignore that cement too, seriously if you still doubted his motives until the kiss happened I can't really help you, it was pretty much obvious for a long time now that he cares about her

Talking to the girl from tvovermind who fangirled about them in her review on twitter. She adores them, I love her

Oh and btw from tvwithoutpity, a post about them can't get better than this

An interview I read with an actor years ago said that "Every kiss comes with its own script in an actor's head." which I thought was a good way to put that, although I'm afraid I have no idea who actually said it.

The script with that kiss was just such a lovely, kind thing. "Welcome back to normal...where if you turn around and your friend has followed you into your apartment lobby? It might be because he really cares about you and isn't looking to turn that into an advantage that equals sex." Kalinda has spent too much time in a world of tit-for-tat. That a gesture of caring can actually mean, "I care about you." rather than being code for, "and by that I mean I want to get in your pants, or swap information, or barter."

It was a nice counterpoint to Alicia's very clunky scene with Will, where she was too upset that idealism didn't exist in that moment. Idealism existed in that moment between Kalinda and Cary.

It does that to you. It has this mesmerizing quality. Evil. In such a great way.

If they can get reviewers to fangirl, you know it's good.

That post describes things WAY more perfectly than I ever could. Seriously. Such perfection. And the message behind the kiss--a perfect description of it. And I think that's what's got Kalinda so flustered. For the first time in a long time from what I can tell she's spending time with somebody she can't just use her powers on. They are much more equals.
