There was hope...a tiny bit hope, but I'm not sure if would have been able to make the step back into Logans life.

A nect season would have been really interesting.

It would take a lot of work to come back in Logan's life, but I think that could have provided good storylines for a possible S8.

Just because you love the idea of something it doesn't mean you love the idea of doing it

For me it was stupid the way it ended, not only because I think R&L were the best couple but also, because they were constant in their relationship, they learned to talk to each other, they were there for each other, seeing them just give up on that just like that it was ridiculous for me.

Maybe a season 8th will help, I think we needed to see more of Rory's life, not only in SH but also in yale, and what she wanted, stuff like that, we didn't get that much of a chance to see that.

I think she would have loved to get married, I'm not backing away from that thought. I just think she felt that now wasn't the right time.

That was hard to see.
But Logan wanted one thing, gave some sort of ultimatum and Rory couldn't live up to that ultimatum.

There were so constant during the last season and although they had fights and problems I had never the feeling that they would break up soon. Their relationship was something that could be forever. Something you never felt about Lorelais relationship. Even Lorelai and Luke had too many things in their way.

So how would it start off? Would Rory look for Logan? or does Logan go look for Rory?

In my season 8 world (

) Episode one would start a few weeks after the final and we would see Rory working, maybe a phone call with Lorelai where she says that she still like the thing she is doing but that something is missing and she has no idea what. That it isn't as satisfieing as she hoped it would be. It should start without talking or thinkign specific about Logan but it should show that it could be about him.

That's a good start.. I like that.. About something missing and not knowing what, Rory has always had something oblivious about her so that would make sense!

Do we see Logan in 8.01 Jess?

If we had GG probably not, because Logan's scenes were always in a way connected to Rory.

No Logan in the first one, like his story had come to an end. It should be everything about Rory and the missing 'thing' she feels. Maybe that she has problems to go out with her campaigne friends or something like that. That everything she does is to work.

Do you think LOrelai would know if Rory would talk about something missing but she can't figure out what.. I think Lorelai would have an idea, but I don't think she would mention it to Rory.

I don't think she would say something, at least not in the first episode.
I can see a talk between Lorelai and Luke ( they having a secret relationship

) where Lorelai tells Luke that she is worried about Rory. That she is sure that she know what Rory's problem is but that she isn't sure if she is the right person to talk about that topic.
