I don't think Logan/Matt would have made it to the apartment door, but that's probably just me

I think she wanted to do that too.. but he already didn't want her at the airport because it would be too difficult.. I mean not even at the metal detectors, so yeah one more kiss on the elevator where he'd have to say goodbye again downstairs or in the elevator.. It would be too much!

I remember when I first saw this ep, I texted Nina who as on a trip and text messaged her with 'Naked butt screensaver, kiss on the couch, sad goodbye, tears and *thud*' Something like that!!

Such a tease because she had to wait another week!!

and I was like 'Perfect finale for R/L! Really nothing to worry about! It was all good!'

maybe especially since both of them were so emotional, and I don't think saying goodbye is easy in any situation, and both of them were just trying to get it over with, since it was hard on them, but maybe she would have said ILY just before the doors closed.

I wouldn't want to hear it all the time, but ASP hardly made them say it, and always under bad circumstances... I like the way it was done in S7... Just every now and then, and just random.. There wasn't always a moment leading up to the ILY..

Rory being clueless about the rocket in the 1st scene was funny..
We all knew that it had a special meaning because Ausiello told us so, and that it had to do with the ep title.. But I think it's impressive that Rory figured it out!
This is one of my fav alltime GG eps ever!! I can't wait to have the DVD's, and being able to watch this episode a lot!!

I lvoe the episode, it was funny she didnt' and it was soo sweet and amazing that he remembered and relate it to them.

the meaning behind the rocket was amazing.

i wanted to kick Pari's butt for saying those things to Rory while she was sad missing Logan.

I loved her rant to Lorelai about how much she missed him and that only 7 hours had passed
