exactly it feels like a long time. But it's not actually. I think R&L are the best couple and that thanks to fics we'll get hte happy ending we deserve!

I think after the season finale there is still some hope for our couple. I mean she says she doesn't see the pain go away anytime soon, she's saving the rocket in her room.

if they had to break up, i'm kinda glad it happened the way it did, because it wasn't like there was something fundamentally wrong with their relationship or anything, so there's no reason why they can't be back together in the future...altho it's sad to think that we'll only ever have fanfics to provide us with cute sophie moments

you make a good point, there were no mistakes made in their relationship.. One was just a bit more ready for the next step then the other, it's not something that can't be resolved at a latter time.

I think that is a very good thing because then you can use your imagination alot more with the ending the way it was. You can imagine them getting back together.

Well at least they didn't make him be the bad guy, but I think he's hurt so if they would get together I'd love for her to do the fighting.

Yeah, Rory definitely needs to fight for him--show her that she's willing to put in the effort. He's always done the fighting, he's proven time and time again how much she means to him, and for him to find out that she didn't feel the same way must have been horrible. So now, the way I see it, she needs to prove to him that she actually does feel the same way.
