I'm not sure exactly what I did to it. I hold a lot of tension in my lower bac, so sometimes it starts to hurt when I'm stressed. I think it was a combination of tha and lifting furniture and heavy boxes and stuff for my move.

Ouch, that's no fun. I haven't had any problems breathing, but the other day it wass so bad I had trouble going to the bathroom. On Wed it was so bad, I debated going to the doctor, not because I wasn't sure if I really needed to go, but because I wasn't sure I was physically capable of standing up, getting dressed and getting to a doctor. It's definitely better now than it was then, but it still hurts a lot.

The drugs are starting to make me very sleepy, so if I disappear, it's because I fell asleep
