Sugar alcohols can't make you gain weight because they can't be absorned through your intestines. They can however cause diarrhea because they remain in your intestines and draw water out of your body into your intestinal tract. Ones with sugar however can make you gain weight. You have to read the nutritional facts and see what the calorie count is.

I'm not sure. What is the thing with the sugar that isn't actually called sugar to make people think they aren't actually taking in sugar but really they are

I don't know, but that's what I was reading in Health Weekly magazine in my dad's office.

Yes they are very expensive.
for a brand new game 50 -60$
some you can get cheap but not many.
We bought the game boogie for the wii and that's fun.

Sasha and mom just one day started making these really odd things like celery and tomato smoothies (

) and she bought everything soy. And said you have to eat what makes you feel happy and feel good but you can't eat sugar or wheats or red meats and you have to eat everything organic. It's the worst

Me and my mom got up at 3 and stood in line for 4 hours to get a Wii for Jake last year. Ugh.. it was awful. But its so much fun
